Transform Your Smile

At Burgess & Hyder Dental Group, we are proud to offer Invisalign treatments to help you get teeth that you feel happier and more confident about.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is a quick, easy and convenient orthodontic treatment method for straightening teeth. Instead of traditional fixed braces, Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners that over time exert force on the teeth in order to move them into the new position. The aligners are practically invisible, so this discreet option helps to eliminate the typical anxieties surrounding braces.

Invisalign treatment length is also typically shorter than fixed braces and can end in as little as six months. They are also removable so you can take them out if you are eating difficult foods, playing sports or to perform your oral hygiene routine for example. However, it is still recommended that they are worn for at least 20 hours every day to achieve best results.

Invisalign Procedures at Burgess & Hyder Dental Group

Our trusted team at Burgess & Hyder Dental Group are passionate about providing you with the very best care for your needs. If you choose Invisalign, the treatment would include:

Step 1

An initial consultation where the dentist will take a 3D scan of your teeth which is used to map out your custom treatment plan and as the model for your aligners.

Step 2

After a couple of weeks, you’ll then come back to us to have your aligners fitted. Once the dentist has checked they are comfortable and fit correctly, you are good to go!

Step 3

We will schedule ongoing check-ups every 6-8 weeks to assess progress and provide you with the next aligners.

Step 4

You’ll start to see results in a matter of weeks and the treatment ends once you and the dentist are happy with your new smile.

Starting an Invisalign Treatment

To allow you to make an informed decision and decide if Invisalign is the right option for you, you can book a consultation with one of our dentists. This is designed to provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions and have your concerns alleviated. The dentist will also conduct a suitability assessment and give you a detailed treatment plan, including costs.
