Invisalign treatment length is also typically shorter than fixed braces and can end in as little as six months. They are also removable so you can take them out if you are eating difficult foods, playing sports or to perform your oral hygiene routine for example. However, it is still recommended that they are worn for at least 20 hours every day to achieve best results.
