I was in great pain with toothache. The receptionist at the surgery advised me on the best method of pain relief. I received a telephone call from the triage dentist who agreed to see me at the end of his working day. All the staff were exceptional and I was not anxious. The extraction was quite painless and the aftercare advice very thorough. I cannot fault the dedication of the dentist and all the staff.

I had to have an emergency appointment today due to extreme toothache. I can honestly say that the whole experience was fantastic. X-rays were done and a tooth extracted, painlessly, by the nicest dentist I have ever had. Would recommend to anyone!

We took our beautiful mother to 2 different dentists for impressions and were told she was too anxious (she suffers from Alzheimer’s and is 82 years old) and she would have to be sedated, and were told it would be 8 months waiting list for sedation, our mothers dentures didn’t fit anymore after having a couple of teeth removed. We found Burgess Hyder through a family friend, what a difference, Brian the dentist put our mother at ease almost straight away, she never moved or complained once while he did the impressions, she was happy and stress free, Brian knew exactly what to do to keep our mother calm and happy, we came out feeling on cloud 9 because our mother was so relaxed, and, she got her dentures back the next day all fixed and fitting perfectly! (This was after being told her existing dentures were unfixable!) Our mother hasn’t eaten solid food in 3 weeks and we were all frantic with worry, since getting her dentures back on Tuesday she’s back to eating solid food and she’s smiling and happy, We really don’t think Brian knows how happy he made the whole family not just Mam, thanks so much Burgess Hyder, From all of us x

I can not speak highly enough about the lovely dentist Dominic Lowther! He is the best dentist and I’m so lucky to have found him. I have terrible anxiety about my teeth and the minute he talks to you he puts you at ease.
